Train To Be Smart

We promote positive mental health and build resilience within the local and wider community through sport

and work in partnership with local and national mental health organisations e.g. Inspire, Action Mental Health, Pips Upper Bann to inspire and upskill the local and wider community on the 5 steps to wellbeing.

 

Programme of events range from drop-in football sessions for 8-9 year olds to ‘jumpers for goalposts’ for various age groups all free of charge.

 

Pitches hired out for third party sports programmes and 5-a-side football also for birthday or celebratory parties.
